All Fiberglass Flagpoles are not the same!

Traditional fiberglass flagpoles are mass produced by wrapping fiberglass around a solid mold, adding resin and then air curing. Our flagpoles are manufactured using an innovative high strength process. Inside a tubular stell clamshell mold, seven layers of reinforced fiberglass roving are mixed with polyester resin and aligned in a vertical plane for maximum strength. The fiberglass is then wrapped around a heavy rubber bladder. The bladder is inflated and the flagpole is allowed to cure at full pressure for over three hours.

The benefits of this process over the traditional old fashioned air cured system are:

  • Exceptional strength... No air pockets to cause weak spots!
  • Less weight
  • Capable of withstanding wind speed of 120 mph (unflagged)
  • More flexibility... For sever weather conditions
  • Maintenance free
  • No chalking or cracking after exposure to extreme weather conditions
